Is it safe to use my credit card online at Pick2Drop
  • At Pick2Drop, your personal online security is important to us. We use secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details, to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems.
  • All orders are processed through our secure Checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.

How do I shop

Simply add the item(s) you would like to purchase to your Bag. No matter how many products you have in your basket you only need to complete Checkout once.

I just placed my order. What are the next steps
  • Thank you! Now that your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
  • Though you received one (1) order confirmation, if you purchased items through multiple transactions, you will receive separate shipment confirmation emails and deliveries per order.
Do you ship to locations outside of the United Kingdom
  • Yes we ship to all countries worldwide.
  • To place an international order:
    • Add the items you wish to purchase to your Basket
    • Select the Checkout button to view your Cart
    • Proceed with Checkout steps to complete your order
Can I make changes to my order once it is placed
  • Changes are not guaranteed, and will be made wherever possible on a case-by-case basis.

Does Pick2Drop ship to multiple addresses

If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. You may only ship to one address per order.

Why was my order cancelled
  1. We apologize, and do everything we can to minimize cancellations.
  2. If your order included more than one item, not to worry! The other items will still be processed. You will receive order and shipment information for all items that are shipping to you.
  3. You were not charged for cancelled item(s), as we charge you for your order upon shipment. Upon placing your order, we place a temporary authorisation for the order amount. The authorisation will expire in (1) to three (3) days, depending on your credit card or bank.
What is your return policy
  1. Item must be returned new, unused, with tags and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.
  2. We track the number of returns made by individual customers, and excessive returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
When can I expect my refund
  1. Once your item is received and approved by the us,we will credit your refund to the original payment method less any shipping costs.
  2. Depending on your bank, you will see the refund five (5) to ten (10) business days.
